Prior to starting her own law office, Mrs. TE has worked for many years for a leading law firm in Phnom Penh, and has acquired and developed insights, extensive networks and experiences in commercial litigation and civil litigation practices in Cambodia. Mrs. TE is skilled in dispute resolution, corporate and banking matters. She has acted for many commercial banks, private entities, and individuals in relation to loan recovery, enforcement of court decisions and foreign arbitral awards before competent courts and National Commercial Arbitration Centre. She has also assisted clients in relation to company incorporation, share transfer, succession, real-estate related transactions.

Work Experience
With a degree in sales and marketing administration, Mrs. TE Aykeang had been working at international testing, inspection and certification companies for around 10 years, testing or inspecting many global and local companies’ consumer products. Mrs. TE then made a challenging move to operate her own resort on Koh Rong Samleom, a beautiful island of Cambodia located at Preah Sihanouk Ville.
Mrs. TE Aykeang is a Professional Real Estate Agents accredited by University of Economics and Finance and Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association. She is also an Approved Person in the Trust Sector recognized by Trust Regulator.
